the rain is ancient
within the keening wind of winter there is a

sulle pianure aride di wounded knee
sugli hogan della grande montagna
sulle barricate di cornwall island
sulla terra rossa della tomba di geronimo in
oklahoma
Questa sera piove
sui resti bruciati delle case del chiapas
Piove questa sera
nei sogni dei bambini in salvador e in
nicaragua
e san carlos
nei sogni delle madri in brasile e in cile
e a pine ridge e wind river

La pioggia è antica
nel vento luttuoso dell’inverno c’è una
