Un anno e mezzo prima del genocidio, Jean Carbonare dell’associazione Survive rilascia al TG francese delle ore venti questa toccante testimonianza sulle persecuzioni contro la minoranza Tutsi. E’ il 24 gennaio 1993: un anno e mezzo prima del genocidio!
